Eating a rainbow is an interesting challenge.
I can think of tonnes of red, yellow, orange and green foods but it’s at the other end of the spectrum that things start going a bit haywire.
Purple is OK, as most children like grapes and will suffer aubergine as long as it is smothered in lots of pasta sauce.
But blue? If you don’t like blueberries you’ve had it, really (blue raspberry bonbons don’t count). Luckily most things taste good in a smoothie, so why not give that a whirl?
PS. You can’t cheat with Skittles, either.
