There’s no business like snow business – yet the white stuff can be sadly lacking in our neck of the woods. We live by the beach and, while we have had the odd inch, the snow clouds often pass us by.
I love catching snowflakes on my sleeve, seeing the different patterns in the crystals. I find snow so romantic that it takes all my willpower not to twirl around like Winona Ryder in Edward Scissorhands.
I have yet to visit somewhere ridiculously snowy and every year, while watching Ski Sunday, I vow to make a trip. If you are in Kitzbuhel and see a British woman twirling madly in the snow, come and say hello.
